Hot Pipe Coating

The insulation at high temperatures

Hot Pipe Coating (HPC ®) is a ceramic-based, one component, water based, non-combustible and non-toxic coatings designed to isolate at high temperatures (150 ° C to 370 ° C). This unique coating is applied in several layers together until the desired temperature drop is achieved. Applications include hot pipes or boilers, without having to halt production. Curing is done by evaporation of the water.

Typical applications

Is mainly applied:

  • insulation system as hot pipes and tanks to prevent CUI
  • to prevent burns to personnel in contact with hot surfaces to
  • for valuable energy savings by reducing heat loss
  • to condensation problems in cold systems to prevent
